Shipping & Delivery
Rubaab is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. Once we receive your order, your order will be shipped in 1-2 days and then delivered within 5-7 working days.
Return Policy
We have a no return and no exchange policy on our product range. In case you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. But still if you accept the package and you think that it's damaged, Please e-mail us at rubaabbypoojan@gmail.com explaining what defect/damage is there along with the pictures of it and video of unboxing of the product. We will get back to you in 24-48 hours regarding the same. Please note that if you do not make an unboxing video we would not count that as a damaged piece.
Tracking your Order
We ship our products through our delivery partners- DTDC, Delhivery and India Post We will notify you about the tracking number of your order along with the courier partner name within 2-4 days after you place your order through email or text.
